ITEM DETAILS:
- Art is hand drawn then burned and engraved into hardwood
- Hardwood is locally sourced, handpicked (to get the best color grains) and milled by us! We use cherry, maple and poplar hardwoods to ensure durability.

- Keychain is Approximately 2.25" - 2.5” and 1/4” thick (nice and thick to be durable) includes keychain hardware attached 

- Magnet is Approximately 3.25" - 4" and 1/4” thick (nice and thick to be durable) includes strong magnet adhered to back

- Ornament is Approximately 3.25" - 4" and 1/4” thick (nice and thick to be durable)
includes ribbon

HOW TO ORDER:

- Choose a product: Keychain, Ornament or Magnet 

- Choose Engraving for back:

1. NO NAME (no names will be added)

2. NAME ONLY (One word names only! If the name is 2 words, please choose added engraving)

3. ADDED ENGRAVING (Anything additional to the name. 20 character limit. This is so the
engraving will fit nicely. It's a small space, so adding more than 20 looks cramped and
hard to read.)

- Choose a font option: Cursive, Print OR None (this is only if you're not getting a name)

- After checkout and sending us your photo /s, You're all set! We will get your item created and shipped out as fast as possible!


TURN AROUND TIME:

- It takes us 4-8 business days to create these personalized pieces BEFORE they ship out. (Please note that business days do NOT include day of purchase, Sundays or holidays.)

- We Do Not send Proofs. (This is due to our quick turn around time)

SHIPPING:

- In most cases, shipping takes 2-8 business days (after shipment).

- Please Note, Shipping can be delayed with the holidays. These delays are out of our control.

- PRE SHIPMENT Status - There have been delays with tracking updating. After items are picked up by the post office, we've seen delays with them scanning the item. This does not mean your item hasn't been shipped.

- We do our best to monitor and track every package and keep an eye on delays.
