ITEM DETAILS:
- Art is hand drawn then burned and engraved in to hardwood
- Hardwood is locally sourced, hand picked (to get the best color grains) and milled by us! We use cherry, maple and poplar hardwoods to ensure durability.

ORDERING AND PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Choose Engraving option for the banner on your ornament from the drop down:
-NAME ONLY (One word names only! If the name is 2 words, please choose added engraving)
-ADDED ENGRAVING (Anything additional to the name. 20 character limit. This is so the engraving will fit nicely. It's a small space, so adding more than 20 looks cramped and hard to read.)
2. Add Personalization- for either option - Enter the personalization you'd like in the box (Name only OR Name + added engraving)
- Choose a font from our font board (last photo in listing). You can add this in note to seller. If you don't specify, we will choose for you!

4. Please send one CLEAR/COMPLETE/FRONT FACING photo of the pet. The clearer, more zoomed on the head/face, the better detail I can provide. I draw looking at the image you send! Blurry, tiny, distorted images cannot be accepted. I want to capture the beauty and essence of your furry friend so a good photo is crucial!

TURN AROUND TIME:
- It takes us *8* business days to hand draw and create these personalized pieces BEFORE they ship out. (Please note that business days do NOT include day of purchase, Sundays or holidays.)
- We Do Not send Proofs. (This is so we can provide you with a quick turn around time- If you want to see more examples of our work, check out our other product listings, customer reviews and social media accounts to see our quality and craftsmanship.)

SHIPPING:
- In most cases, shipping takes 2-8 business days (after processing).
- Please Note, Since the pandemic, there have been Delays. These delays are out of our control.
- Please Note, during peak HOLIDAY times shipping delays may occur. These delays are out of our control.
- PRE SHIPMENT Status - There have been delays with tracking updating. After items are picked up by the post office, we've seen delays with them scanning the item. This does not mean your item hasn't been shipped.
- We do our best to monitor and track every package and keep an eye on delays.
